Aireene's songs are influenced by growing up to her uncles' Filipino folk guitar playing and listening to Alan Lomax's field recordings from the South. She has performed with a mixed genre of San Francisco bay area bands over the past years that have also influenced her music, from latin/african rhythms, folk, bluegrass pickings and inspirations from gospel music - a mix of stompin', swayin', and timeless Americana. Her music is reminiscent of front porch storytelling, of ghosts and the living, times of laughter and tears. In summer 2015 Aireene tours solo across Europe. -------------------------------
German version ------------------------------Aireene Espiritu wuchs mit den Klängen der philippinischen Folk-Gitarre ihres Onkels auf und wurde stark von Alan Lomax´ Aufnahmen volkstümlicher Musik aus aller Welt beeinflusst. Aus dieser Mischung entstand ein Sound, der seine Wurzeln in so verschiedenen Genres wie Folk, Bluegrass und Gospel, aber auch in afrikanischen und Latino-Rhythmen hat.
Espiritus Lieder feiern den Menschen als Menschen und erzählen Geschichten von Geistern und Lebenden sowie von kultureller Identität. Ihr Gesang ist ebenso zeitlos und bodenständig wie ihre Musik, getragen vom zarten Spiel ihrer Tenor-Ukulele.

Riddle & The Stars is a collaborative project between the Australian singer/songwriter Ben Riddle and The Fallen Stars, an American rock band from Southern California. The three of them met each other on their “SONGS & WHISPERS” - CIRCUIT TOUR 07/2013 in Germany, where they shared an apartment and about half of the tour dates. They started to play music together, joined each other on stage and they really hit it off – musically and personally. On their last day in Germany Heiko Grein (the promoter from “SONGS & WHISPERS”) said: “You know we like what you do but we love what you do together. I think you should make an album together we'll distribute it here and then come back and tour it next year." They left the meeting, and Bobbo said: “So I guess this is happening!” And an album name was born. German version ------------------------------

Rufus Coates and the Blackened Trees are a unique Folk/Blues band from Ireland. They are just about to release their much anticipated debut album. They are armed with beautifully crafted, vocal driven songs that are highlighted by the vocal harmonies of singers Rufus Coates and Jess Smith and the dark atmospheric sound of the Blackened Trees. The band have risen quickly through the rich and eclectic folk scene in Ireland and have honed their live performance skills at some of Ireland's most popular venues and festivals including Whelan's, The Roisin Dubh, The Academy, Communion Dublin, Electric Picnic, Life Festival, KnockanStockan and many more. Their live show is one not to be missed and always promises to be an atmospheric and heartfelt affair.

Riddle & The Stars is a collaborative project between the Australian singer/songwriter Ben Riddle and The Fallen Stars, an American rock band from Southern California. Through fundrasing they collected enough money to get the CDs pressed.
The last Fallen Stars album was very much big drums, and lots of guitar and organ on everything. Ben Riddle's last album was mostly him and his acoustic & his amazing harmonies and polyrhythmic beats so they all really wanted to find the common ground, the space between. Riddle had just bought an old Harmony tenor guitar and it became a muse for Ben with him writing two songs on it! Bobbo hopped on the pedal steel and created some atmosphere and Tracy locked it down to earth with her bass.
They found their sound. Call it Indie/Americana/Alt.Folk if you want.
“This Is Happening!” is a musical journey across Europe, America and Australia about the experience three travelling artists made meeting each other by chance.
In summer of 2015 they will come back to the project’s roots, to Germany, where their friendship began.

Die Drei haben sich auf ihrer „SONGS & WHISPERS“ – CIRCUIT TOURNEE im Juli 2013 kennen gelernt. Dort teilten sie sich neben einer Wohnung auch das eine oder andere Live Konzert und begannen sich nach einiger Zeit gegenseitig bei ihren Songs zu begleiten und es dauerte nicht lange bis einen neue Band entstanden ist: Riddle & The Stars.
Im November 2013 trafen sich dann alle drei im Süden von Kalifornien, und produzierten in drei Wochen ein gesamtes Album. „This Is Happening“ ist 2014 auf dem Label SONGS & WHISPERS erschienen.
Während die Alben von „The Fallen Stars“ durch eine eher klassische und zuweilen opulente Rockinstrumentierung geprägt sind, zeichnet sich „Ben Riddle“ in seinem Solowerk durch sparsam, reduzierte rein akustische Stücke aus.
„This Is Happening“ ist eine musikalische Reise über drei Kontinente. Das Album ist inspiriert durch gemeinsame Erlebnisse auf dem Alten Kontinent, wurde eingespielt durch Musiker der „Neuen Welt“ und bewegt sich fließend zwischen intimen Singer / Songwriter, American Music, Country, Folk und Indie.
Im Sommer 2015 kehren „Riddle & The Stars“ nach Deutschland zurück, an den Ort, wo alles begann.
