There's no such thing as goodbyes this time around. I had such a great time working with the crew at Songs and Whispers, and honestly, could not have been paired up with a more talented band. Paul Creane and The Changing Band are a class group of lads from Ireland. We had such a great time bonding and playing music together that we look forward to future tours and projects together in our respective homes of Ireland and in the Northwest of the USA...and of course we can't forget Germany. There's lots of ideas brewing, but first let's step back to take a breather for a second. It's been a whirlwind of a trip for me that feels like a year and feels like 2 days all at the same time. We all had mixed feelings of being ready to see home and wishing we could extend our tour.
As I sit in the office of S&W I am a little sad that I'll be leaving Bremen. I've had the chance to see the city enough that I can easily find my way around town. I've also been thankful for the opportunity explore so much of Europe. There's always so much to see and so little time.
In short, I've had an absolute blast sharing my music here, meeting new people, and catching up with old friends. Until we meet again I wish you only the best. Keep in touch.
