From the Sendesaal to a living room in Germany:

The monthly concert series “SONGS & WHISPERS” in cooperation with the association “Freunde des Sendesaals e.V” is proud to present a “SONGS & WHISPERS" - SPECIAL in the Sendesaal Bremen, on Sunday the 27th of November 2011(6 pm).
Two performances from the genre of Folk and independent music define again what "SONGS & WHISPERS"  is all about: original music from international artists that is played and sung straight from the heart and with a deep passionate understanding of their individual music styles.

At this concert Australia will meet England in Bremen: A Seated Craft (Melbourne, AUS) plays together with The Cedar (Bristol, UK). A Seated Craft will be joined by the known “SONGS & WHISPERS” artist Catjita (Bristol, UK) on the piano.

Everybody who visits this concert has the possibility to win a living room show with A Seated Craft which will take place on Saturday, the 3th of December.


The Sendesaal is listed under memorial status and offers the best possibility
to enjoy exceptional acoustic concerts such as this one being performed.

The “SONGS & WHISPERS” - SPECIAL in the Sendesaal is the starting concert of the Record Release Tour for the album The Savage And the Small from A Seated Craft.

The four members from The Cedar come from Bath and Bristol, UK, their music is a mixture between Folk and Indie, influenced by Pink Floyd, Radiohead and The Beatles. The extraordinary sound of The Cedar comes from the variety of instruments they use like ukuleles, clarinets and glockenspiels.

Die monatliche Konzertreihe „SONGS & WHISPERS“ (www.songsandwhispers.com) präsentiert in Kooperation mit dem Verein „Freunde des Sendesaals e.V.“ ein „SONGS & WHISPERS“ - SPECIAL, im Sendesaal Bremen (www.sendesaal-bremen.de). Am Sonntag, den 27.11.2011 (18 Uhr) präsentieren zwei Acts aus den Bereichen Folk und Indie mal wieder das, was „SONGS & WHISPERS“ ausmacht: Handgemachte Musik von internationalen Künstlern, die mit viel Herz und genauso viel Leidenschaft die verschiedenen Facetten ihrer Musik preisgeben.
An diesem Abend trifft Australien auf England: A Seated Craft (Melbourne, AUS) spielen gemeinsam mit The Cedar (Bristol, UK). A Seated Craft wird dabei von dem bereits aus „SONGS & WHISPERS“ Veranstaltungen bekannten Künstler Cajita (Bristol, UK) am Piano begleitet. Denkmalgeschützt und mit besten Voraussetzungen für akustische Konzerte ist der Sendesaal die passende Location für Konzerte dieser besonderen Art.
Das „SONGS & WHISPERS“ - SPECIAL im Sendesaal ist das Auftaktkonzert der Release-Tour zum Album „The Savage And The Small“ von A Seated Craft.


Unter dem Motto „Vom Sendesaal ins Wohnzimmer“ verlost „SONGS & WHISPERS“ an jeden Besucher des SPECIALS ein exklusives Wohnzimmer-Konzert mit A Seated Craft. Jeder Interessierte kann sich als Gastgeber dieses Events bewerben, das am Samstag, den 03.12.2011 stattfinden wird. Voraussetzung dafür ist lediglich ein Wohnzimmer mit mehr als 20 qm² und musikbegeisterte Freunde.
